Children and their families can have a “drive-in” movie experience this June at the Nicholson Memorial Library System’s Central Library. Movie goers will decorate large cardboard boxes like cars, with paper plates for tires and steering wheels and large circles for lights. The children will then sit in the boxes and watch the film Minions.
10:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 18 at the Central Library
Attendees may bring their own boxes to decorate or use those provided by the library and may take their “cars” home at the end of the program. Doors open 15 minutes prior to the event. Seating is limited and water and popcorn will be served while supplies last. No registration is required, and all ages may attend this event. Please be aware that photographs and video may be taken at Library programs for use in print and/or electronic media at the Library’s discretion. For more information, please call 972-205-2516.
